Service Analyst

Sush Mobile are looking for a Service Analyst to join our award winning team and help support our clients and their digital solutions (developed by Sush).

About the Role

The Service Analyst is an integral member of the Sush Team, responsible for coordinating, organising and controlling support activities, under the direction of the previous Service Delivery Manager and Head of Software Development. Responsible for providing full time support for the Service Delivery function, specifically in the areas of service level agreement (SLA) management and reporting. You will be working with multiple exciting customers alongside our talented design, development, and sales teams, who are New Zealand's industry leaders in creating unique and innovative digital solutions.

Skills and Experience
  • Have excellent written & oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • Have a high attention to detail and a structured working style
  • Have a constant focus on customer satisfaction and meeting service levels.
  • Be familiar with the ITIL framework
  • Be empathetic to customer needs and understand their sense of urgency.
  • Have the ability to function successfully in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact with other teams when there is impact to demand, productivity, and capacity.
  • A common sense approach
  • Be a fast learner, with the ability to seek information to make balanced decisions and recommendations
  • Be proficient in MS Office – particularly Outlook (Mail and Calendars), Word, and Excel.
