The Service Analyst is an integral member of the Sush Team, responsible for coordinating, organising and controlling support activities, under the direction of the previous Service Delivery Manager and Head of Software Development. Responsible for providing full time support for the Service Delivery function, specifically in the areas of service level agreement (SLA) management and reporting. You will be working with multiple exciting customers alongside our talented design, development, and sales teams, who are New Zealand's industry leaders in creating unique and innovative digital solutions.
